myterious anons

I get a lot of anonymous commentors on this blog. In fact it seems like the majority are anonymous. I wonder who they are. Are they other bloggers who don't want to be identified for some reason? Are they just people who read blogs but don't have one?

Are they mysterious aliens from the planet Tryon? Just wondering....

I post anonymously because I don't have a google account nor a blogger account. I am fairly inept with computers so it's just easier for me to be anonymous. If there is an easy way to post and give myself an identifier without jumping through hoops I am all ears. I do love your blog and appreciate all your many insights!

I post anonymously because I don't have a blog. I've tried to have a google account so I can comment on blogs that don't have the anonymous option. However, google seems to hate me, and randomly deletes my accounts. I also comment anonymously so that bloggers won't think I'm stalking them, or commenting too frequently. I have nothing to do with the medical field, but I love reading blogs by doctors and nurses (I'm a School Psychologist).

I don't post anon, but I just use my name. I don't have a blog, and I'm not in the medical field at all (legal field). I just enjoy reading nursing/ER related blogs. I'd love to go to nursing school, but at this point in my life, not gonna happen.

I think some bloggers chose to comment anonymously because they don't want to upset other bloggers with their controversial comments! (Nurse K excepted who is never ashamed of her position).

I have signed up numerous times, but Google doesn't like me either. Google keeps forgetting my password even though I have it written down, so I finally just quit trying... I have no blog myself, but enjoy the blogs of others.

I would like to take the time to congratulate you on a job well done with this blog.

I have finished my review of "madness: tales of an emergency room nurse" and I'm happy to announce your blog has been added to Blogging Women.

A big thank you for submitting your blog to our women's blog directory and I wish you continued success.

I agree with everything anon.#1 said. Sometimes I'll sign my name; often I don't - usually because I'm mentioning something that is more likely to identify me or where I work. No blog.

I'm too lazy to sign up for stuff). And I have a google account - but I don't want to show my whole name when posting and don't know how to make it not do that. So if you have any advice...

I am not a blogger but frequent a selection of them. I think there are a lot of us like that! I'm a family doc in the midwest and don't care if anyone would recognize that I'm posting - but I doubt anyone would. I'm out in the boonies.

I love your blog - keep up the good work!

I have a Blogspot account, but the thought of people reading my blog kinda embarrasses me since I haven't updated it in a year. I visit this one frequently because it reminds me of a hospital I used to work at. Its the dollar first and up front. They're not about the patients, the staff, or the community. That might not be what you're trying to convey, but that's what I pick up on. That hospital is staffed by a bunch of great people, but it almost seems like their administration goes out of their way to make things suck after we had already gotten used to another low they imposed on us.

I leave anon comments. I am in the medical field but my own blog is in another highly controversial subject matter. Google has always been a problem for me too. Will sometimes accepts log ins, other times it's a crap shoot.

Just know that you are appreciated for what you do and your ability to write about it. I have never been an emergency room nurse but know of your trials and tribulations. Thank God for people like you.

I'm just too freaking lazy to sign in - for the most part.

No blog.

But I tend to use my name.

But here's the thing - we are all anonymous regardless of whether we attach our name to something or not.

Anonymous is my name. My parents were drunk at the time.

I stay anonymous so no one at work can match me to my comments. There are some Narcs on the other shift and would love to go running to the manager to say I posted something against Hippa. Ugh. The place I practice my nursing makes me want to bang my head. Love you though. Your great!

No blog & no google account. I'm a pharmacist who just reads the blogs.
