She encourages people to think about how they want to recover, how they will try again. She smiles every day, I don't know how she does it. She only works psych and she has been doing it for years. I send my new nurses to orient with her so they can be inspired to be as compassionate. I truly believe she has made a difference in peoples lives.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37811152.post-43160828001366211062015-01-28T10:09:16.489-06:002015-01-28T10:09:16.489-06:00yeah I think this "madness" chaaracter i...yeah I think this "madness" chaaracter is some kind of sadist who got the job because she enjoys torturing people. You're responsible for the torture and nightmares you've inflicted on people. There is no excuse. You chose this job.

Grow a fucking conscience. What a fucking sick joke it is, that the people who carry out this abuse put themselves forward as some kind of advocate?

Oh "it bothers you" that YOU treat people like animals. He "escaped" twice from the ER. The first time he walked home, five miles, in his bare feet. The police came to our house to take him back. Not fun. The second time they caught him a couple blocks away.

The next time he gets a manic phase, I won't call the police, or take him for a 5150. Not sure what I'll do. Mental health care is a joke.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37811152.post-27030533283149576022015-01-22T22:07:44.480-06:002015-01-22T22:07:44.480-06:00the problem is insurance companies won't pay f...the problem is insurance companies won't pay for mental health admissions very well..
