good or bad day?

ER nurses guide to whether it was a good day or a bad day:

1) Do you feel like you have been hit by a truck?  BAD DAY

2) Do you just have the usual backache, feet hurt, mild headache?  GOOD DAY

    As someone with serious mental illness I judge a good day by the three S's. Did I get a shower, a shave and a shit? If yes to all three, then its a good day.

    this is also essentially the divide between the flu and a regular cold virus.
