no ebola training at my hospital yet

No full coverage isolation gear or mandatory training  yet at my hospital. Keep saying they are going to do it.

Our hospital has done online training hospital-wide (worthless). They say they're also training a team within the Unit and the ED to care for Ebola patients, and are training them with full PPE - including PAPRs. Once that is actually in place, I won't be too concerned. Only problem will be if we get multiple possible Ebola patients that overwhelm those core staff.

We are going to be doing training with PAPRs, too. I work in a small town hospital in the middle of nowhere. If WE get Ebola, the rest of y'all are fucked.

My hospital has produced a 30 page policy manual that mostly says "follow CDC guidelines". Do we have the equipment? No.
Makes me feel well prepared- not
