I had one patient who listed chocolate as an allergy as it made her go blind.
Another, via a translator, told me he had a heart problem causing unstable blood pressure and arrythmia. He'd been in hospital for a week with it and took a medication he couldn't name. He couldn't say how serious it was, from life-threatening to mild.
